Get FOB Hub Netbacks Reference Data

/v1.0/lng/access/fob-hub-netbacks/reference-data/

This endpoint provides reference data for the FOB Hub Netbacks dataset. A list of available FOB loading ports and regas terminals is provided, as well as their corresponding UUIDs and via-points.

This endpoint takes no parameters. The data can be retrieved in JSON or CSV format.

List FOB Hub Netbacks

/v1.0/lng/access/fob-hub-netbacks/

This endpoint retrieves historical FOB Hub Netbacks, including front month and forward curve netback values for a given FOB loading port routed to a regas terminal via a specific transit point.

The endpoint takes 6 parameters:

  • unit
    • Required parameter
    • usd-per-mmbtu or eur-per-mwh
    • Define which unit the API response provides prices in
  • start
    • Required parameter
    • Format in yyyy-mm-dd
    • Define what date you'd like the data to start at
  • end
    • Required parameter
    • Format in yyyy-mm-dd
    • Define what date you'd like the data to stop at
    • The maximum range between start and end is 365 days
  • fob-port-uuid
    • Optional parameter
    • Specify which FOB loading port to retrieve netbacks for using the corresponding UUID
    • If undefined, then the response will include data for all FOB ports
  • via-point
    • Optional parameter
    • panama, suez, cogh or magellan-straits
    • Filter results by the transit point used for the route
    • If undefined, then the response will include data for all via-points
  • regas-terminal-uuid
    • Optional parameter
    • Specify which regas terminal to retrieve netbacks for using the corresponding UUID
    • If undefined, then the response will include data for all regas terminals

A full breakdown of the netback components is provided within the response, including freight costs, volume adjustment, total regas cost, and individual regas cost components. Prices are retrieved in JSON and CSV format. Metadata is only available in the JSON format.

Unlimited access to historical data is only available to those with a premium subscription - trial users will only have access to 2 weeks worth of data. Fuel Gas Losses / Gas in Kind, Entry Capacity, Entry Variable, Power & Emissions regas cost components are also only available for Premium users. Get in touch to find out more.
