Spark Content Usage

Explains when a valid Spark Licence is required to use or reference Spark Commodities' Content, including for contracts settled on Spark prices.

As per Spark Commodities’ (Spark Commodities Pte Ltd and Spark Commodities UK Ltd) Terms of Use, whenever Spark Commodities’ Content is referenced, Parties are required to have a valid Spark Licence unless otherwise authorised. This applies to each party to a contract, for either financial or physical delivery, that references a Spark price for settlement.

Without a Spark Licence, you may not copy, store (hardcopy and/or electronic format), adapt, alter, translate, transmit, disseminate, distribute, perform, broadcast, publish, reproduce, publicly display, hyperlink, sell, licence, rent, lease and/or otherwise transfer any of the Spark Content, or otherwise transfer any of the Spark Content to any other person (whether for direct commercial purposes or monetary gain or otherwise) or otherwise use in whole or in part in any manner.

A Spark Licence can be obtained via contacting commercial@sparkcommodities.com directly.
